The management philosophy of Legacy Hotels & Resorts International gives priority to superb service delivery with customer care at every level of the operation. Legacy only employs seasoned professionals to represent it's hotels in the marketplace.

Legacy directly employs 42 people in its sales and marketing department in southern Africa. Sales offices are located in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban and Windhoek, Knysna and Accra. The company also employs GSAs in the USA, France, Italy and Germany.
