Premier resorts developed since 1983 include Kwa Maritane, Bakubung, La Cote`d Azur, Kruger Park Lodge, Castleburn and Wilderness Dunes. Elephant Point, an exclusive estate in Mpumalanga, is the latest property development to be developed by the group.

MagicBreakaways Property Developments marketing services division is also involved in the sales and marketing of properties in the Elements Private Golf Resort as well as handling the resale of apartments in the Michelangelo Towers and Raphael Penthouse in Sandton.

Brookes Hill Suites in Port Elizabeth, another MagicBreakaways development, was the first sectional title hotel project launched in South Africa.

The MagicBreakaways Resorts enjoy many illustrious industry awards and have on four occasions been voted the best RCI Resort of the Year in South Africa. All eight of the MagicBreakaways resorts enjoy RCI, Gold Crown rating.

Home-Ownership

Homeowners are attracted to a MagicBreakaways resort by the benefits and security offered by the on-site management team who care for the property whilst not in use by the owner. Legacy Hotels and resorts oversee the on site management including full housekeeping services, maintenance support and 24-hour security.

MagicBreakaways Resorts also offer the owner the additional benefit of participating in the resort rental pool. The reservations, marketing and management of the rental pool is handled by the on-site hotel management team under the control of Legacy Hotels and Resorts International. Owners earn dividends on the unit whilst in the rental pool.

Owners can also enjoy the benefits of an international and/or local exchange by becoming a member of RCI and enjoying all the exchange options.
